An instance is failing on either node in a SQL Cluster

Hello,

I am getting several errors:

Description:
initerrlog: Could not open error log file 'V:\MSSQL10.QMS02\MSSQL\Log\ERRORLOG'. Operating system error = 3(The system cannot find the path specified.).

Description:
FCB::Open failed: Could not open file V:\MSSQL10.QMS02\MSSQL\DATA\master.mdf for file number 1.  OS error: 5(Access is denied.).

Description:
FCB::Open failed: Could not open file V:\MSSQL10.QMS02\MSSQL\DATA\mastlog.ldf for file number 2.  OS error: 5(Access is denied.).

It is happening on a SQL Cluster with several instances... Only one is failing from either node...

What is/are the priviledges of the account running the SQL Server Service?
