SQL Server 2008 r2 utilizing high physical memory

Hello Guys,

We have a server and below are the details:

System Manufacturer:       HP
System Model:                  ProLiant DL380 G5
System Type:                    x64-based PC
Processor(s):                    2 Processor(s) Installed.
                                        [01]: Intel64 Family 6 Model 15 Stepping 6 GenuineIntel ~2999 Mhz
                                        [02]: Intel64 Family 6 Model 15 Stepping 6 GenuineIntel ~2999 Mhz
Total Physical Memory:    12,286 MB

Process sqlservr.exe is consuming 10,320,104k of memory.

We would like to know this is normal or we can resolve this physical memory issue.
